Finath River

Listening To [ Uninstall ] by Ishikawa Chiaki
Mood [ Contented ]

And yeah, I heard about this song only after Kumikyoku.. but who gives a rat's ass about it? Lol.

SO what have I been up to these past few days? Looping Kumikyoku, watching 'Let's Play's on youtube (FFT), and playing with ki-ya.. and occassionally her brother. Cos I find it a drag to take the JS out of the bag and put it back in after every playthrough, so I just use ki-ya instead. Isn't that an awesome idea? She's already rusted for most parts anyway, although her sound is still quite nice on my pathetic amp. You know what? I think my JS is waaay overpriced. Hmmm, well since I've named the Viper ki-ya, might as well name the JS ka-yu.

Alright, okay lame joke I know.

Oh yeah, I've forgotten to mention it before but this year, I've also been watching quite a lot of j-dramas. Some are really interesting, while most (especially the ones with the hot guys) are just shallow in content with an overused plot and with poor/wrong execution. Or maybe I'm just watching the wrong ones.. hahaa. I'll just list some of the most memorable ones ya?

The Queen's Classroom = One Litre Of Tears > LIFE >> Densha Otoko > Last Friends.

All are highly recommended and are available at crunchyroll as long as they don't get liscenced. Quickbites and tissue boxes recommended for your comfort and viewing pleasure.. especially with the first two. You should not delve furhter into life without experiencing any one of these shows [=

PS, I absolutely love the music in LIFE.
PS(2), Finath River is a river in Final Fantasy Tactics that you will pass eventually while heading towards Zeltennia Castle, base of Prince Goltana and his Nanten Knights. IIRC this map has one of the toughest random monster battle event ever. Mindflares that can berserk/confuse your party, coupled with a bunch of dragons isn't a good combination for you at all. And if there's a Red Chocobo in the enemy party, you'll need patience, strategy and lots of luck to win this battle. Of course, if you have Math Skill, then forget everything I just said... In the normal event battle though, a group of Chocobos (and possibly an Uribo) will ambush you. If there's only one Red Chocobo in the enemy party then that's fine.. but if there are either 2 or more, then you'll have to be careful because ChocoMeteor hurts! Well actually it's more to do with the fact that Chocobos are ungodly fast at high levels, so they will almost always go first. Kill the yellow ones first, because healers are damn annoying.

Listening To [ FORCE Interval Build ] by 96
Mood [ Rockin'!! ]

Omgosh, this is only like, the 10th post for this year.

Hopefully this revival of NEETness will spur me on to blog more. It sucks not to be blogging regularly because you won't get to nitpick the error of your ways when you reminisce later on.. not that you'll be able to anyway. NEET = Not currently in Employment, Education and Training by the way, for those who are confused. That's right, I left my job...

..Fired or quit, does it matter really?

>.>

So now I have to start job-hunting, although Sara has got me a really good deal to earn a quick buck. Domo, Sara-kun. But what about after..? Maybe I should stop having guitar lessons.. don't feel like wasting so much money every month when I've got no income. Haish..

Ah well, for today, went to Bugis/Chinatown area to go look for Mel's cosplay stuffs. Don't think he found the fur that he wanted though. After that I think either Mel or Hina-san wanted to go to Art Friend at Bras Basah to find someting, and since we were going there anyway for Dayan's drum set, it fitted the master plan perfectly. What did destroy it was the fact that Art Friend was closed after 6.30pm on a Sunday. Lol. This, I think was probably the second time I've been there to find it closed, haha. So we headed to Swee Lee next and homg I saw the SA260 there!!!! It costs around $800 and I think I might wanna trade in my JS100 for that one. Or maybe the other guitar I saw that had the ZR Trem system which I've heard good reviews about. Just hope that they are willing to trade in...

So after dinner at this fancy restaurant, Hina-san, Dayan and I wanted to go Cash Studio.. but alas it wasn't meant to be. Mel didn't wanna go T_T. Ah well can't blame him. He go there also nothing to do. Guess everyone just got tired so we headed back home.

Damn I wish I could go out more often.. staying at home is just gonna add on to the fats and calories that I've been desperately trying to lose/avoid. Anyone free?? Call me leh. Don't sms, handphone screen pecah.

Anyway, V5 just launched in Japan like around a month ago and I absolutely cannot wait for it to arrive here in Singapore!!

Jin Senbonmatsu - Dynamis
As I Lay Dying - The Sound Of Truth
96 - FORCE Interval Build

..are some of the songs I can't wait to play!!

And goddammit I can't believe that guy got that last roll so easily.. Madness man, just madness.
